Custom Seizure Letter

I received a letter a couple of days ago saying that a package with Test was seized and I have the option to leave it where it will be destroyed in a couple of days or if I have legit reasons I can come and pick it up.
I used a different name for the order which use to be the person that lives there and some mail still comes there.
Anyway my question is, is that address flagged indefinetly? Can I have the source send it under another name that used to live there? Or I should just find a new address, which I really don't have.
