Custom fatburners (custom caps)

Ok guys, what would you put in there for the ultimate caps......im thinking more along the lines of actuall WAT apoptosis.....heres some im thinking of using...

CLA
R-ALA
EGCG
AL-CAR
Caffeine
Dopamine agonist

Anyone know the optimal amts needed for the above?

This along with an aromitase inhibitor is gonna be the mainstay of my next 2 month cutter.

It will deff only be an addition to diet/cardio/lifting.....but some of the above supps take certain amounts to be most effective (ie, ive read R-ALA takes a good 2-3 grams daily to be BEST at fat burning).....im trying to get the optimal dose for the apoptosis inducing supps like EGCG and CLA

Honestly, a good fat burning supplement is IMO, more important than the amount or duration of cardio.

Here is why - when I diet and do lots of cardio to lose fat, I lose strength and muscle unless Im running gear.

If I instead, slightly increase my cardio, and only change my post 6:00PM diet but add a strong fat burner/stimulant - I lose the same amount of fat, but no strength or muscle - and look better honestly.

I take fatburner/stims upon waking up and 45 minutes before workout. Very effective that way.
