I started my 1-AD cycle last week. I've gone one full week at 1 pill, 3 x daily. This week, I'm at 2 pills, 3 x daily, though I've only done this for 3 days. So far, I haven't really noticed much. I'm going up to 3 pills, 3 x daily for next week. Do you guys think I should notice some better increases in strength by then? I know most of you have noticed the increases in strength after 1 week, but I'm not getting that quite yet. Any suggestions and or comments are welcome. Thanks
