I turned 46 last month. I'm doing my first cycle in the next week or so. I'm hopeful the juice will help combat the effects of age and my vegetarian diet, which, I realize, is not conducive to body-building.
That bring a smile to my face to here this, I am only in my late 20s but hope to be writing this same thing when I am 50. You know what they say .... Healthy body - healthy mind. I think that weight lifting could benefit many in your age group, including my father as well. He is naturally strong as a bull.
Thx HGH man. Great to see that are still some older and wiser guys out there that take care of their body and have the desire like I do to continue the healthy lifestyle of looking and feeling good. Age is only a number for all of us.
I look better now at 51 then I did at 25-45. Love this sport.
I am 53, going to be 54 in couple of months. Been working out steadily for 20 years, last 18 months 5x with a trainer. 5'7" 185# 12% b.f. Still growing.
