I get a little nervous going up that high... i feel like any breakdown in form and i could tear something.

I also got this fucking pain in the muscle of my forearm running along the bone... anyone get that shit?

I like curling more than most people at my college gym can bench... it makes me feel pretty.

I was cranking the 90s last year on cycle. When I came off the gear I realized the injury I'd caused myself in my forearm.

Be careful!

i'm pretty sure my arm would break off if i tried to curl the 75s. my stump would bleed in pulses all over the rack

Just a guess but maybe it`s because you`re not used to it and may not feel the pain in one or two more workouts.

I did reverse EZ bar curls for the first time a few weeks ago and the pain in my forearms was immense. I could`nt even do a pump set of 50 pounds total. Now I`m using much heavier weights after gradually easing into the exercise. Just a thought.

carefull, I had this happen last cycle and once I got off it got real bad.

Chances are its not tendonitis but tendonosis, most times Dr.s mis diagnos.
