Hey I am 18 and I have become very intregued by Steriods, but i am very nieve to what i should be doing... and whether it is worth the risk.

I am and always have been a very skinny person, my weight now is around 150-155 and I'm 6'. I lifted weights 5 days a week to stay in shape for about 2 months, but stopped about a month ago.

I eat a healthy amount of food for my age and I drink a glass of Whey Protein when i can (close to daily).. but I still feel like I cant gain any weight and it has become very disheartening.

My body fat it almost nothing.. and the small amount of weight i do have on my body is lean muscle.

I am hoping to get on a cycle that has minimul risks and can help me gain up to 20 lbs. as soon as possible.

I've read that a good starting spot would be to go with 10 week test 500mg
and 10 week deca 300mg.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

your too young bro... take steroids and its a life time of limp dick! now you dont want that and neither does that hot ass you'll meet. so take it from me stay away.

proper training and in a couple of years and you'll be lean mean and HARD for that hot ass.
 
ur def way to young to come over to the darkside but i know you wont listen to me so ill give u any info that may help, you can gain weight by gettin your diet in check, protein, low carbs, sodium etc, yer test levels r at its peak at your age but if you wanna do a cycle for your first just run a simple test only cycle....

wks 1-10 test 500mg

you should run one compound to see how u react to it

wks 1-10 deca 400mg is another option u have or you can just drop the deca and run a test and dbol cycle....

but i still think ur way to young in my opinion...

i would do either test only or test and dbol....
 
are there any other supplements you would suggest that may help me.. and of course keep me from getting a lifetime of "limp dick" hahaha :)
 
take creatine and you said you take close to one whey shake daily? buy a 5lb tub and just keep scooping from it!

go to a supermarket or whatever and buy chicken breasts and eat as many as you can everyday! and i mean as many as you can 5+

lift heavy and hard and you will grow... if you want anymore help PM me or we can talk on MSN or whatever and ill try and help you.

I just went from 150 at 6'0 to 175 lbs in two months with nothing but diet and exercise and quitting smoking. Not all the weight I gained was lean mass due to the fact that I didn't do any cardio and eat a lot, rather clean, took weight gainer from GNC mixed with a bunch of egg whites before bed and a couple protein shakes throughout the day. Just do your research on weight training so you are not wasting your time in there and lift heavy and you will get big quick. Stay away from candy, soda, pizza, chips and any kind of junk food because they will just add fat and make you feel full which will stop you from eating good food.
 
Too young for gear. Eat clean and increase calories. Train hard. I am more than positive you HAVE NOT reached your genetic potential. You are simply too young to have done so. Don't mess with gear until you have reached that point, have a good clean diet, and hard training schedule. Simply taking gear and training with moderate intensity and eating crap is only going to give you short term gains. As soon as you stop you will lose it all. You MUST eat to support your body and to promote growth. What does you diet look like? Protein? How intense are your trainings?
