no, because of it's short half life, it's best to take it right before you go to the gym. i found that if i take it 15 - 30 min before i hit the gym, it usually worked better for me. i was splitting the doses, but it worked better for me taking one dose right before working out. i usually take about 30 mg right before i go to the gym. on my off days, days i didn't train, i'd take a half dose, just to conserve the dbol- that's just me being a tightwad trying to get more bang for my buck. anything over 30 mg a day makes me feel like shit. it also releases dopamine, which gives you that chill mode feeling all day. man, i love the dbol.
