cure for excessive sweating?

okay, some of you may recall my post a week or so ago regarding my problem with excessive armpit sweating...

well, i'm not 100% sure what I did, but it has gotten substancially better...

on saturday july 12th, i started taking 10grams of pantothenic acid in hopes it would help me get rid of some acne on my face (I have been using tetricycline for the past month and I didnt notice it help at all).. my face is noticably clearer right now, i started noticing it on sunday july 27th.. (i have also been washing with teatree soap and nizoral shampoo..)

i dont meen to be off topic in regards to the acne, but that was the only thing i have been doing differently... OTHER THAN..

yesterday, i bought some OMEGA 3-6-9 pills... I eat very little fat as i am obsessed with being ripped.. especially in the summer in the sunny okanagan, so I thought I would give them a whirl..

I take ECA pretty much every day (for summer) often with yohimbe... yesterday, i took 1 omega 3-6-9 pill before dinner time with ECA.. i noticed that i wasnt sweating nearly as much..

today, i woke up, took my B5's, ECA/yohimbe.. sat down, started sweating within 15min... took 1 omega 3-6-9, ate some breakfast, noticed i wasnt sweating... just took another ECA/yohimbe, still not sweating...

could there be some link to the omega 3-6-9 and my sweating problem? a diffinciancy of some sort, causing me to soak my underarms? lol... or could it be the B5 (pantothenic) kicking in and some difficiacy there?

it is the strangest thing, just curious if any9one can elaborate on this at all.

omega-3-6-9's are used in the body to produce prostaglandins that control the constriction of your vascular system.
they also increased the permiability of the membranes of many of the body's various cell types - so perhaps they are also increasing the absorbtion of other things you needed.

perhaps getting the right balance of that allowed your body to better regulate your body temperature.
or perhaps it was the increased absorption - don't know, but I don't personally know of B5 helping with sweating unless you are applying it topically as a powder to the spot and it absorbs the water there.

and you say I never help you out.

I still maintain that suicide *always* cures a sweating problem.

CERTAIN DRY roll on... available in drug stores

Put it on after showering at night and sleep with it.
It works overnight to shrink the glands.
Use plain deodorant the next morning

After a few nights you can go to once a week and use your regular deodorant between.

messofaboogie - WTF is with that shitburger handle?
Is it a take-off of Mesaboogie amps?

Either way... it sucks.

It's mostly diet and activity level.

I think most doctors would either tell you that, or chuckle and tell you to get better anti-persperant.

Tell your Doc to give you a scrip for DRYSOL; it's a prescription dose (topical) of OTC anti-perisperants (sp). I used to have massive armpit sweats - an occasional swipe of DRYSOL and no more problems (4 years later).

I guess Certain Dry is a prescription, isnt it?
