I had this exact same problem.
Preheat oven at 250 degrees. Put the bottle in for 15 minutes. NO PIN IN STOPPER IS NECESSARY FOR THIS PERTICULAR PROCESS.
Pull it out, shake the hell out of it, and let it cool (don't run under any water to cool, or vial could crack)
Putting a pin in the will cause a hole to stay in the stopper when you pull it out. Then it will leak when you turn the vial over. It is only necessary to put the pin in when doing the 3 step procedure to remove bake out any bacteria.

Does all prop hurt like hell??? Would heating it up before injectiong help out at all?

Heating it won't help the pain from the gear itself, though it might help ease the injection itself. Not all prop hurts, it can be made painless. Most vet or human-grade prop hurts though, it's mostly UG and homebrew versions with less BA that are painless. I make prop at up to 150mg/ml without much pain by itself, and painless mixed with other gear. 200mg/ml always hurts though, at least when I've made it.

oh yeah most prop is gonna hurt like all hell but its worth it IMO. the 200mg/ml gave me a nice little fever the first few times to. but in the end i grew real nice. i was shooting glute, glute, quad, quad rotation. tried in once in the shoulder and couldnt even see the seperation beetween my shoulder and bi/tri. worst pain ever! ill stick to the quads and glutes from now on....

I did sustanon 500 ew... and on the beganing it hurt like hell, sometimes so bad i needed help getting up from the bench. After like the 5th shot there was almost no pain. I wanna try prop but if the pain is as bad as with sustanon especialy with frequent injections fuk that.

i mixed my prop with eq....it hurt at first but after a few shots the pain wasnt really noticable

1) I just got some NPP which looks thick/sludgey/cloudy and some small round crystals. I assume this is the same situation, and I can just heat it up?
2) is there any appearence clue as to whether the contents is contaminated by bacteria ? (since its from an UG lab theres always extra concern even tho its from a reputable lab)

you could try adding some b-12 and make sure you heat the oil firstlefler said:

Sludgy/crystals do not mean there is any bacterial contamination.
It happens when low amounts of BA are used in products. It also is more likely to happen with stuff like high dosed Cypionate and short esters like Prop and NPP
I just set in on a warm (medium heat) frying pan and swirl/and shake. It usually takes 1 minute to get back into solution. It happens often during the winter season.

well...they wont mix...thats the thing...and when you inject it, the oil will float on top of the water, so there will be a slight pressure differential when interface of the two hits the pin...
thats assuning a vertical (down) injection
the opposite would be true for tri site injection form the bottom of the arm
