But you have to be carefull with that stuff, it can make you bleed, but I mean of course you are supposed to cut it.
How else would you get it like that?
If you don't cut it, it likes glass, and could seriously fuck you up.
It's gonna fuck you up anyway!

My advice, just buy an album by The Crystsal Method, they are pretty badass, and won't hurt you in any way. It won't cut you up or anything, but there is a good chance that you will start to dance when listening, and that will burn calories, so then that could get you cut.
