The powedered versions use aspartame, the newer bottled stuff uses splenda

aspartame CAN however in some people cause an insulin reaction. I stopped drinking them after like 2 months of constant "abuse" cause i was sick of pissing every 30 mins and gets to be expensive.

expand on abuse? I mean... i have maybe 2-3 cups a day of watered down crystal lite...usually one with breakfast and 1-2 with my last meal of the night.
