Crushed Ankle w/ A.V.N. and doing a cycle

Hi, I need advice please! At the end of February I was in a bad motorcycle accident where my lower leg was crushed. They nearly amputated but were able to save the leg. Amongst other things, the Talus bone developed "Avascular Necrosis" (it died) because of the Hawkins3 fracture. Miraculously, after 10 months has mostly revascularized and I may be able to avoid fusion.
My Dilema:
I was about to start another cycle when this happened. I have withered away the last 10 months and want to start the cycle as soon as they clear me for weight bearing status. I have heard that juice is horrible for recovering fractures, especially in the ankle. Has anyone heard of this? I figure with the increased blood flow and elevated oxygen levels in the blood it would be beneficial if anything. If anyone else has any ideas or knowledge of contraindications of taking them post injury please let me know. Thanks alot.

Hi,
I believe I've read in the medical literature about using anabolics to help heal bony non-union. Oxandrolone specifically I think; the anabolic effect is more important than the androgenic.
Also, I have a friend who was placed on GH at only about 1 unit per day for an ankle non-union that had persisted for a year. Within several months she had an amazing, dense union of the fractured bone. I haven't looked it up, and I'm a relative novice (although an MD), but I haven't heard of juice being bad for fractures; seems counterintuitive.
Good luck
