Judo last night reinforced my need for the skull crusher. hahh
I have real small hands so my grip pretty much sucks.(hear we go with the small hand jokes...lol) I did however joke out a 300lb monster...thank god for weight lifting, but after that match my grip was pussfied

I should've caught this, but EP is on the trigger once again.
For judo, you should be training all aspects of your grip. Levering, pinching, and bending have helped my grip for joint manipulations more than building my crushing grip(grippers) has.
