Im pretty lean, and I started CRUMS diet on friday with only a few mods, But im gonna do it for 8 weeks, and take pics each week and track my progress.


WEEK 1 Sunday March 24-31st

Cardio 20-60mins everyday on an empty stomach unless Im too tired

* NOTE I own a life fitness cross trainer so I love going to my basement and using this machine, it really starts my days off right.


Here is a sample day to day DIET, Maybe CRum will tell me Im doing something wrong

9am 4 whole eggs, 1 scoop of protein
50 grams of protein 21 grams of fat
12 3 scoops protein 1 tablespoon of flax
75grams of protein 13 grams of fat
2 50 grams of Sugar, Sweet Tarts, Gummi SAvers,
50grams of whey
10grams of creatine
5grams of glutamine
500mgs ala
********* I use sweet tarts for the dextrose, Malodextrin
sugar spike, and the ala to help shuttle it all.
4 1/2 lb of steak Sirloin, Flank, Skirt, try to stay lean
Protein 50, fat 25
** Might have a ny strip or a rib eye now and then
6 1/2lb of steak Same as above
Protein 50, fat 25
9 3 scoops of whey 1 tablespoon of flax
75 grams of protein 13 grams of fat


Totals for a sample day

Protein 350 1400 cals
Fat 97, note I think my fat is higher because my steak protein/fat ratios are off. 873 cals
Carbs 50 for post workout 200 cals

Total 2473 Right around 2500 cals

Ive been eating like this for a few days now except when I dont Lift I dont eat any carbs.

Lifting Schedule
M- Chest - abs
T- Back
W-LEGS - abs
TH-Shoulders
FRI-ARMS - abs

You will notice a change there because I lift 5 days a week where the Crum Plans says 4 I assume this wont matter. My workouts are hard and intense, very quick, 3-5 exercises per bodypart 3-4 sets per exercise. 30 seconds bewteen sets, unless more time is needed.

SIDE NOTES

I usally take some ECA when i wake with my cardio, I have been bulking and havent use eca in 3 months. I eat like a machine so ECA doesnt effect appitite.

Sometimes I get tired but once I eat some fats I feel great. Honestly the past 4 days Ive felt really good mentally, skin is looking a little better.

I dont find it hard to eat like this, EGGS for breakfast, alot of steak and protein shakes,

I dont really eat many veggies, Never have, Never will, I eat onions alot and some green beans, for fiber Ive been using citracell tabs, I take 2 twice a day, Ive noticed as Im sure many of you have that when you eat less carbs, you dont goto the bathroom as much. OR maybe Im weird

WATER

I drink a ton of it, when I wake, after cardio with meals whenever. I have a big glass and I just down like 15 of them a day like a shot.

I do drink Diet soda, 1-3 diet sodas a day, Diet DR pepper is a favorite.

On my eggs sometimes I put some cheese, or some bacon, or alittle cinnamin and sweet and low.

I have seen some progress in the past 4 days, but today is the first offical day Im tracking progress.

GOALS

1. DEEP SIX PACK
2. GET RID of Lower back bodyfat, I dont know how it got there but it doesnt want to leave. But I will be gone soon.


I will post each week, how I felt and take new pics. I like this diet, its weird I feel like I could use it for bulking or cutting. Add more protein and fat cals, maybe some more sugar/protein post workout.

Thats all I can think of Feel free to chime in.

Sitting here eating a 1/2lb of sirloin, with some grilled onions, and some paramsan cheese on top, I am not dieting. For my every now and then carb up meals, I made some Protein Oatmeal cookies, using rolled oats, sweet and low, and and egg for glue. Taste real good.
