I started this diet the 11th(last thursday) at 163, and this morning i hit 152.

this diet is really working for me. im thinking a lot of this weight loss is water for now. I'm not sure what my % is now, but last i checkd before the diet i was around 13-15%.

im not doing any cardio, but i did add clen in on monday. 20mcg the first and second day, and then 40mcg for the last 2 days. I will up it tomorrow to 60mcg. i feel no sides at all.

My strength has not decreased

im ifting heavy ... 4-6 reps, max-OT style

Are you having carb cravings? I'm starting Monday myself and that's the only thing I'm worried about... FUCK man I need to get some fucking discipline!

if your protein is high you will not crave carbs...
Guaranteed!

I have no cravings at all.. I eat less then 50g of carbs and fat is up to 100..

Yes it is OTC.

It basically helps to bring down your blood sugar. almost like insulin...

So should one use it while doing Crum's low/almost no carb diet? I'm reading up on it right now...

I have heard people use it... I have not used it yet,,,

I may use it by buying celltech... It has 200mg of it in it as well as creatine and dextrose...

What other supplements are you using while doing this diet? I'm considering ALA, ECA, Clen, T3, DNP, NYC, and Liquidex. Not sure which ones to use... if any at all...

heres my list..

Eas Protein Powder
Optimum Nutrition preload Creatine
Multivitamin 2-3x per day.

HAHA Thats it.

PS.
Im not much of a drug expert... Clen, T3, DNP, NYC, and Liquidex.

But I really dont think its safe to take all of these products all together.

If anything ECA is always pretty good... But I have always wanted to give DNP a try...

Hey bro... there's nothing at all wrong with keeping it simple. In fact I'd say that probably >90% of the results one gets is based on diet and exercise alone... the supps probably only help minimally. They do give me a good Placebo effect anyway!

Out of everything I've tried so far, DNP is BY FAR the most efficacious. The shit is incredible. But if you're considering it, you'd better wait until winter--it's way too hot already now. I remember once reading on the boards someone's view of DNP was a "love-hate thing" and he hit the nail on the head with that comment. I LOVE DNP for it's amazing fat loss properities BUT I HATE the way I feel while I'm on it...

Gotta crash now... hope you're Friday night's gonna be more exciting than mine ;)...

i do crave carbs, because most of my protien is from shakes, but i'm very dedicated so i hold it in and suck it up. If i can stick a needle of fina in my ass every day, i sure as hell should be dedicated enough to hold in a carb craving.

this is what im using for sups:
i'm 5 weeks post cycle

AST vp2 whey isolate
AST HSC creatien ( dextros/creatien )
flax oil
clen
liquidex
ala

I use ALA only with my pre&post workout shake.

i just stopped the liquidex yesterday because im getting blood work done tomorrow, but will start it again after.

DNP is dinitrophenol... an uncoupler of oxidative phosphorylation in the mitochondria. It burns fat like nothing other, but for a price... you feel like shit on it. Run a search and you'll find tons of info on it... there are lots of DNP experts on this board. And no, it's not an OTC supplement, but it's not all that hard to get either.

I keep seeing ''CRUM, cRuM, crum, CrUM!!!'', but where are the actual diet guide lines? I'm confused. I can't find a thread that explains exactly what it is. Somebody please give me a link![
