Go read the diet thread and figure it out. Not meaning to be a dick head or anything, but your Question is ridiculous.
.5 - .75 grams of UNsaturated fat per lb of bodyweight, if you weigh more than 200, take apprx .4 - .5 grams of unsaturated fat.
You weigh 285, if I weighed 285 I'd run it like this:
500 grams of protein, 120 grams of Unsaturated fat, 80grams of carbs total: 50grams of carbs post workout, 30 grams throughout the day.
You should be at 220lbs ripped in 6 months.
