Hi guys,
Let me give you my stats right off the top. I am 5'11 / 163 pounds / Male / 22
I have had chronic fatigue and brain fog for years now. I think it started at the beginning of high school. Some days are better then others. It seems to happen worse when I am sitting still not doing anything physical but still have it most of the time. It seems to be much better after a short jog but as soon as I stop it goes right back to the same thing within minutes.
I do have a difficult time sleeping. I cant shut my brain off. The doctor gave me Ambien to help me sleep. I got a solid two weeks of sleep with no improvements. Plus that not being ment to take everynight I do not take it but maybe once a week now. Honestly I turned to pot have never gotten any better sleep in my life. However no improvement in energy. Maybe I am not hitting my REM cycle? Another thing is when I wake up it takes about 3-4 hours before I feel "awake".
I have had blood work done and they came back fine from what the doctor said. See below for the results. Every damn day is a constant struggle and it seems to be getting worse. I got health insurance about a year ago and have really been pushing to find an answer. So far nothing has helped.
I workout at least 3-4 times a week for about an hour weight lifting and 20 minutes on the treadmill. I eat pretty clean for the most part. I even did a 2 month long juice fast with only little improvement. I take multivitamins. I also cant build muscle to save my life. I have worked out for about three years now and have just toned a little not much to speak of and its really starting to get to me. I have a mild case of gynaecomastia FROM PUBERTY and a gut that I can not get rid of.
Diabetes runs in my extended family on both sides and I have to pee a ton throwout the day so naturally I assumed it was prediabetes or type 2. As you can see from the lab work below that does not seem to be the case.
I thought it was my testosterone levels so after doing a massive about of research I did a 10 week cycle of test sus and tren follow by PCT. I obviously wont say where but I got them from a very good source that many others have before me. I know the risks please do not flame me. Not only did I not gain ANY weight I had no improvements of energy or the brain fog. I did however seem pretty huge increases in strength about a week and half in. I also eat clean and the kept my cal count up around 3,500. I followed a bulking diet to the T.
I have been to four doctors and none of them really seem to know why or care. One of them just pushed it off to going to a sleep study but honestly how can anyone sleep there. I know I will not fall alseep I can barley fall alseep in my own bed. I dont want to pay hundreds if not thousands of dollars to look at a ceiling. It would be different if they all told me to go and not just one say well I "guess" we could do a sleep study.
Thanks for any help guys!!
