I am 6'3 270 at about 14% bodyfat want to drop to around 10% body fat and stay around the same wieght
cycle:
600mgtkyodeca/week1-8
400mgtkyoEquipoise/1-8
25mgThai winstrol/1-8
clomid 300mg day 1
100mg week 9
50mg week10
need advice on nolvadex how much and throughout or just after my cycle

First of all forget the clomid 300 the first day, it's a waste. Run the EQ at 600 mgs for the 8 weeks and drop the deca to 400 or 300 for the 8 weeks. The winny take 50mg ED for the last 4 wks. I would also add 400 mg test wks 1-8 as well every cycle benefits from test, and you might have problems keeping your member hard so I'd toss it in.

How old are u? How many cycles have u done in the past?

I would either drop the DECA or the EQ. Then add test on there at 250-500mg.

wk 1-8 test 500mg
wk 1-8 deca 400mg
wk 6-10 winny@50mgED
wk 11-14 clomid day 1:300mg(front load), day 2-11:100mg day 12-25: 50mg

[email protected] wk 1-14, but novaldex will suffice.. Make sure you consume 2-2.5g/lb protein. Your good to go.. happy growing!

That's a pretty heavy dose of Deca, why don't you cut it in half. You wouldn't want to grow a pair of progesterone breasts right?

There's also no need for any Anti-e's. EQ converts only slightly, and Winstrol not at all, and niether Nolvadex nor Arimidex will do anything for Deca's progesterone, so they would be a waste.
