Stats are 209LBS, body fat is 29%. Looking to gain more muscle and if I burn fat great but care more about MUSCLE! Starting cycle in new year. Please tell me what I can do better about my diet based on my log. Thanks friends...

I train weights 4 days a week and cardio 1/2 times a week.

Chest/Biceps Friday
legs/calfs/Abs Saturday
Shoulders/tris Monday
back/abs/calves Tuesday
