This is a rough draft, i'm starting mma and i really just wanna stay in shape, keep endurance (will be doing a lot of cardio), gain strength, and maintain a weight of 190-200 which i will be doing with diet. this is a rough draft, and i am open to everything... i am lookin to incorporate hang cleans and possibly good mornings into this routine. I will be doing a decent amount of plyometrics as well. Sled pulling, strength bands, medicine ball work, etc
