630am whey protein
7am weights follwoed by 15 minutes of cardio
9am myoplex with milk
12pm chicken breast sandwich
3pm myoplex
6pm chicken breats vegies
10pm whey protein with apple
Sounds pretty good. If anything, i'd substitute a casein protein for the whey at 10pm. Whey is in and out of your system so fast you'd be highly catabolic by your morning meal. Just a thought.
