you need 2 more meals and cut out 2 shakes-the key to bulking is red meat which you don't have there-also I don't see oatmeal in there-which you'd want to have. Also-you do NOT want chicken when bulking-Steak would be a hell of a lot better

Steak every night gets expensive... so that is not possible. Oatmeal in not available where I am for the next 4 months (Copenhagen, Denmark), but Museli is a close enough substitute.

Why is chicken not good for a bulking diet? It is an excellent source of protein.

chicken is not bad for cutting, but there are better things-if you are going to bulk, why not eat something even better like red meat?

is two multivitmins a day necessary?? when on a bulking diet aren't our bodies recieving enough nutrients through our diet or no?

yea I'm kinda iffy about the whole multivitamin thing, what do you think in general is the consensus on supplementing your diet with a mulitivitamin?

I feel if you eat right, vitamins are not essential-except vitamin c which helps prevent sickness

IMO multivitamins are essential. You are not consuming enough of anything in your diet to replace your multi. And even in that sense, studies have shown that even very good diets still benefit from multivitamin use.

As far as your diet, I would try to make the big bulk of your protein source come from real food. Your 10pm meal should be solid protein if your bulking IMO. You'll turn catabolic way too quick in to the night. In fact by midnight you'll be facing catabolism. You can add some flax or fiber to slow down the digestion of your protein, but if you can stuff in another chicken breast w/ some flax or olive oil it would be much better.

Post workout I'm really big on this drink. If bulking it would be good idea to take in 75g dextrose w/ 50g whey. Followed by another shake of 50g whey, w/ or w/out the dextrose you be the judge. Then follow it w/ a solid meal. This would cover your 4 hours of major catabolism.

You need considerably more carbohydrates.

i agree, i think carbs are the key when bulking, put some cups of brown rice or some sweet potatoes in there somewhere.

I know some people like to eat very clean when they bulk, this guy seems like one trying to. But I'd agree w/ the carbs, and if you have a fast metabolism you're going to have to eat a much more. I'm not going to tell you, you have to do this or not, but I cheat a lot when bulking, it's the only way I can gain decent weight.

I agree with the others but thought i could add a couple things...First off, where are eggs in your diet?? If your worried about fat/cholesterol then just eat whites but eggs are a great source of protein and amino's....secondly your last protein shake is kinda wack....your taking a whey protein isolate, which is the fastest digesting protein, all by itself as the last meal of your day. That means while you sleep for 8+ hours your body is going to be in a catabolic state for at least half those hours...either eat a whole meal like the others suggest or get some caseinate in your last protein shake whether it be by adding milk or changing proteins
