Ok, I go to the gym about 6:30 and get done by 7:30. I get home at 8pm and have a met rx mixed with OJ so i can load the sugar and carbs to me. About 45 minutes later I have chicken and two slices of wheat bread and maybe a salad. Later on i have another protein shake with little or no carbs, and then around 11:30 or midnight i hit the sack. Am I using all my muscle nutrition capabilities to the fullest. Should i be eating more after the protein shake?
