Ok guys I'm 5'7'', 170lbs, 10%bf. I've been dieting for a month and am seeing great progress. I did a refeed last weekend but didn't plan it out well. Here is what I have planned for my next, let me know what you think:
Meal 1: bowl frosted flakes in skim milk, 2 small fat free pancakes with a little maple syrup. 25grams Whey.
Meal 2: As meal 1.
Meal 3: 4 small ff pancakes with a little maple syrup, 30 grams whey.
Meal 4: bowl of oatmeal, 1 tin of tuna
Meal 5: Pasta, Chicken, Veg
Meal 6: bowl of oatmeal, 1 tin of tuna
The carb ratios work out like this:
Meal 1: 100grams
Meal 2: 100grams
Meal 3: 75 grams
Meal 4: 75 grams
Meal 5: 50 grams
Meal 6: 50 grams
So it's 450 grams of carbs in total. I also get about 30-40 grams of protein to each meal and I don't count fat. I just keep it as low as possible.
Total cals are around 2800.
I have started the first 3 meals off with fast acting proteins and carbs and the last 3 have slower acting proteins and carbs.
I'm dieting with low carbs/high protein/medium fat and am not on a CKD. What do you think?
