critique my pct

cycle 12 weeks 500 mg cyp 3 week dbol kickstart at 30 mg ed. i got nolva clomid and hcg ready. hows best to run it? and what if anything should i add to it. was thinking 500 iu hcg ed starts a week before my last shot then 20 mg nolv 50 mg clomid ed for weeks there after. thanks

sorry it will be 10000 iu of hcg all together. so 500 iu for 20 days or is that too much? i ran it like that before didnt encounter gyno at all. last pct was the same but i ran the nolv first for 20 days then the clomid after for 20 days. i lost most of my gains and im not sure if everything went back to normal. my boys never regained there full size i know that

i wouldnt use HCG until about a week after your last shot. then the following 3 weeks use clomid 100/50/50 and nolvadex (optional) 40/20/20

I would for get the clomid. Keep the nolv. for any issues that arise during the cycle and do PCT like this:

A day or two after your last test shot
500iu of HCG for 10 days
Derma-sust. for 30 days.

day of last shot take 500iu/day HCG for 10 days , while taking the HCG take 20mg/day of nolva.. wait 3 days then start clomid nightly @50mg/day for 28days .. the clomid will not work while hcg or and estor is still in ur system .. hcg has a half life of about 3 days and ur cypionate about 14days ..

maybe add in some aromasin during ur pct, so u dont have and estrogen rebound..might help with recovery... also nolva is known to block IGF-1 so maybe that took away some of ur gains .. thats why i only run it during HCG , it blocks gyno and helps block desensitization of the testies from the hcg ..

there is no need for 100mg of clomid, this is the main reason everyone complains about clomid sides. 50mg ED is more than enough

i think it depends on ur cycle and what u are using.. any tren or deca in ur cycle i would run hcg at a low dose during ..
