stats:
29, 170lbs, about 10-12% bf, 5'9"
raw 1rm bench/dead/squat is 265/490/315. (note: my squat always tends to lag because of an old knee injury, but I'm pretty happy with these lifts for my weight/height)
I have been doing powerlifting for 3 years (and years of on/off training like an idiot before that), but after a back injury, am taking a year off the heavy to bodybuild. I'm finding it really hard to increase my muscle mass/strength even with a good diet - I feel like I'm at my genetic potential. My training is solid, I work with some really excellent coaches.
What I'm really looking to do with steriods is just give myself a mild boost. If I got 5lbs over the next 4 months and kept it I'd be happy. I'm considering anavar, 40mg per day, for 8 weeks.
Thoughts? I'm trying to keep this cycle as simple as possible. Open to suggestions on alternative cycles.
