CRITIQUE My Fat-Loss Diet

Please CRITIQUE my diet for fat-loss... I am going to be trying to lose as much FAT as possible. I weigh around 225 lbs. right now by the way.

Sunday-Friday
approximately 2500 calories
approximately 300g protein
approximately 100g carbs
approximately 100g fat (around 1/2 coming from flax seed oil)

Saturday
approximately 3000 calories
approximately 200g protein
approximately 400g carbs
pretty low fat

Something like this maybe...
M1- whey protein shake with skim milk + chicken breast
M2- can tuna with some skim-1% milk
M3- protein bar
M4- (postworkout) whey protein shake + 50g dextrose & maltodextrin combo
M5- chicken breast
M6- maybe casein & whey combo
 
diamond isn't cutting and leaning 2different things??

i dont want to be cutt (SHREDDED RIPPING ABS)
but lean loose some fat look good,dairy effects this?
 
on the poll most people found dairy to not affect fat loss, or the myth about "smoothing out" most people said it was false.

I don't count calories so i can't help you there. Only thing i count is grams of protein, the rest i eyeball it and try to stick w/ same portions and see success or failure by measurements and looking in the mirror. My meals are very similar to your 1-6, except my first meal is bunch of eggs and whole wheat toast.
