critique my diet

meal 1:meal replacement and multi vits & mins
meal 2:protein shake
meal 3:steak with salad
meal 4:chicken breast
meal 5:meal replacement
and alot of water throughout the day.
i also added flax seeds to my diet,2 tbsp a day.(ground)
should i change it should i add more ....?
 
I guess it looks fine, but you're missing a lot of things from which I can judge. Exact amounts of food, your stats, your goals and the time frame of this diet.......

i also got some md6 wich i'll be taking 2 times a day,
i'm 5"11 206lbs,my goal is to shred some fat
i don't really calculate the exact amouts, but i know that i'm not eating too little or too much,i also do cardio 2 times a week for 30 mins i want to maintain size at the same time,

I would add more food,
add 1 extra MRP: and 1-2 tbsp. flaxseed or all natural peanut butter.
