Critique my diet plz...

Meal 1=
4-5 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal, and 1 banana
Meal 2= protein shake
meal 3= 4-5 oz protein, 1 cup carb, 1-2 cups veggie
meal 4= pw protein shake/5 g of creatine
meal 5= 4-5 oz protein, 1 cup carbs, 1-2 cups veggies
pm snack= 2-3 oz protein, 1/2 cup of fruit.

i will also be doing morning cardio on empty stomach 3-4 days a week, also thinking about trying thermorexin. Comments/suggestions? Stats are 5'9, 160, 14% bf. Thanks!
 
standard reply to posts like this are as follows:

make sure you're eating clean with your nutrients at, say, a 40%30%30% ratio. Also eat at calories= 12x your bodyweight. (assuming you're cutting)
 
I dunno what sources of protein you're eating when you mention protein so I am asuming you're gonna get some foods that are loaded with EFAs like salmon ;)
get some Hi GI carbs in your pw shake and skip the fruit at your pm snack and replace it with some EFAs
