Critique my diet please

Alright i have revised my diet some:
Meal 1:
2 cups or quaker oatmeal cereal
4 hard boiled eggs (4 whites, and 1 whole)
2 caps of Flaxseed oil, 2 caps of xenadrine, 1 cap of green tea
Meal 2:
Milk and egg protein shake approximately 40 grams of protein
4-5 egg whites
Workout after workout protein bar with 25 grams of protein
Meal 3:
2 cans of tuna mixed with fat free ranch
handful of baby carrots
Meal 4:
Grilled chicken with large salad and fat free ranch
2 caps of flaxseed oil, 2 caps of xenadrine, 1 cap of green tea
Meal 5:
Same as meal 2

What do you guys think? What should I add or take out

I would drop the milk either way...

what are you goals/stats? I can't judge from just that.

My stats are 5'11''/206; I wanna get down to about 195 or around that area, right now I'm probably in the high teens for bodyfat. You think i should get rid of milk totally?

To start off, I'd drop the milk and carrots....

Hey, dtrop the carrots(high GI) and reduce or skip the milk, take some omega3 with some extra protein instead. Also, can you sleep when taking Xenadrine that late in the evening? I would rather take the xenadrine in the morning, for lunch and once again 3 hour after lunch.
 
I'm not drinking that much milk, it's the protein shake that i have called "Milk and Egg Protein Shake", basically the only milk that I drink is the milk in my morning cereal and the 8 oz that I put in the shake. What vegetables do you guys recommend that doesn't have high GI?
