Critique my cycle and HCG help please!

Hi Fellas,

My stats: 22 years old. 190 pounds. 11% bf. 3 cycles experience.

Planned cycle

Wk 1-3 100mg test prop EOD
Wk 1-10 125mg sustanon EOD
Wk 1-6 75mg tren Ace EOD
Wk 1-6 50mg winstrol ED
Wk 6-10 75mg NPP EOD

Wk 1-9 500 I.U hcg EW
Wk 1-10 adex .5mg EOD if neccesary

PCT

Wk 14-18 40/20/20/10mg Nolvadex
(If i used adex as PCT what is the protocol??)

Q. Do I start my HCG straight from my first injection?
Q. Is there any reason why i shouldnt pin sus eod?
Q. If i were to throw in Dianobol rather than NPP at the back end of the cycle would i have more chance of keeping size gains?

This is the first time i have used a few of these compounds so some experienced advice and opinions would be much appreciated so I know I am doing this safely and getting the most from my $$$

I have choice Sus over prop for the entire cycle as i would like to keep some size gains off this cycle and have researched it doesnt cause water retention as much as Test enth, Cyp etc. I plan on pinning it EOD so the prop releases evenly and i am on other fast acting compounds which require it.

I have adex on hand to control bloating if necessary as well.

I have planned on using the tren and winstrol at the start of the cycle as this cycle I will start Nov 29 and that is the start of summer in Sydney.

I plan on switching to NPP at the end of the cycle, as my tren runs out after 6 weeks and i feel really good when im on nandrolone.

Id say keep the npp in place of dbol.
PCT needs some additions: sustain alpha + unleashed or forged post cycle. And theres no need to go over 20mgs nolva, 20mgs increases endogenous T by 150% FYI.
Are you running any supporting supplements?
you could use HCG starting the first week, but starting around week 4 would IMO be a better idea (im assuming ur splitting it into 250ius twice per week)
Not sure that youd need a-dex in the pct (perhaps just as a precaution)

Oh and how tall are you btw?

I was swaying towards the NPP too so i think i'll stick with that then. I have tried to order sustain alpha from the website but it has been out of stock everytime but i was hoping to get my hands on some before my PCT begins.

As far as supps go Ill be taking liver and kidney tonic, vit b6, mutli v, EPO, omega 3-6 fish oil caps, glucosamine and a daily protein shake ofcourse :D

HCG will indeed be split into 250ius twice per week. Im actually having a hard time getting some adex or aromasin, i have nolva. i know its not the best to run alongside my cycle but its still something, within a week or two of starting the cycle i will have the adex anyways...

I am starting to think there is no benefit of sus over prop for keeping gains???

I am 6ft btw

Dont use nolva on cycle, a-dex or aromasin is the way to go - 2 weeks wait if your sure about your source wudnt be the worst thing either way
As for sus and prop its entirely up to you, i was just trying to give you more info on prop as you seemed a little misinformed. But both are solid compounds. And yes as far as keeping gains thats entirely dependant on your PCT/ diet + training during and after PCT.

Thanks for the advice mate, i think im going to go with the prop, i liked it my last cycle and got good results, i think my diet and training let me down a bit during and after PCT but i had alot going on in my life it was hard to stay focussed. But as far as protein goes i will have 2g/kg of my weight soo about 190 grams per day
