here it is trying to drop bodyfat in my abs and love handles

8:00am= 3 servings of Whey Protein (low carb and calorie)/ 1 tablespoon of Flax Oil

12:00pm= 8-10 OZ London Broil Steak (Extra Lean)/ 1-2 cups Green Veggies.

3:00pm= protein bar or shake

7:00= work out
3 servings of Whey/ 1 tablespoon of Flax Oil

(6) (Post Workout) protein skake with dinner(7)
(7) 8-10oz Extra Lean Steak/ 2 cups Veggies.

Age and present weight? What sort of workout plan do you follow?

I don't understand your last three meals....is the whey and flax before exercise? And #6 (the post-workout protein shake/dinner) is a separate meal from #7??

Off-hand for leaning out - I'd say space your meals closer together (i.e., don't go longer than three hours without eating) and choose solid protein sources (i.e., meat, fish) over protein shakes where possible (excluding post-workout). Steak itself isn't a bad food choice in general, but when trying to cut weight there are more "bang-for-your-buck" protein sources in terms of calories.

just a reality check: There is not possible way to selectively drop fat... Meaning, you cut, and your body will decide where the fat comes off first (it coul dbe your legs, back, etc). The longer the fat deposit has been there, the longer it will take to go away.

Although the steaks are killer, you might sub them for chicken or fish and you might see better results.

bro no matter what you eat, as long as you take some diet pills with your meals, you will be fine! or every time you eat, try running a mile. but honestly its all about the diet pills

You know that modest peeps are my type!!! Wasn't that Lear? Like in Learjet? or is this a custom one? :)

oops. yeah, it's a custom - I had a fight with P Diddy one night and decided to set myself apart from the lesser billionaires out there. chumps.

IMHO I would focus on real food instead of lots of protein shakes (and bars). Liquids have little to no thermic effect. It may not make a whole lot of difference short term, but in the long run, its better for you. Besides, protein shakes aren't very filling.... I'd be starving :chomp:
