Critique my cutting diet

Alright yall, I have been a dedicated lifter now for about 5 years, but my diet has always been up and down. So I sat down and made up this diet, please tell me if I have to few carbs, my main concern here. Stats 5'11" 195 roughly 10% bf

7:00 2 scoops protein: 44 protein, 5g carb

9:00 Labrada protein bar: 30 protein, 2 carb

11:00 2 grilled fish patties: 34g protein, 10 carbs?

1:00 2 scoops protein: 44 protein, 5 carbs

3:00 Labrada protein bar: 30 protein, 2 carbs

5:00 2 cans of tuna: 64 protein, carbs??

5:30-7:30 WORKOUT

7:30 2 scoops of protein: 30 protein, 5 carbs

9:30 2 cans of tuna: 64 protein

Supplements: glutamine, ala, glucosamine, creatine, bcaa's, multi's. oh yeah, 2gallons of water atleast

Dont forget the best fat burner I 've ever taken, Charge from Labrada, I sound like I'm kissing Labrada's ass but I ve tried EVERY fat burn, this one is the best.

Alright ya'll, please, I would love some comments. My main goal is to maintain rightnow and stay lean, I want to cut but dont want the muscle loss.

Wow .. lots of protein.. very strict KETO diet IMHO.. do you have keto sticks? I think you could up the carbs in the morning first meal and post workout without much trouble.. You said you are trying to maintain but also cut??? Which is it?

Thanks for responding Crimson, I guess I need to review the keto thing first before I ask a stupid question b/c I'm not really up to speed on that topic. I guess I should have clarified about my goals more, 6 months ago I weighed about 200 lbs, 38 waist, so I got my cardio in order, 30 minutes mon-fri before every workout.
now im a 33 waist 195lbs. Vascular and looking good, my goal is to maintain what I have muscle wise, but still continue to get shredded. I understand that with cutting, your going to loose some muscle. I guess that s why I am unsure about my limiting of the carbs. What do you suggest I do, regarding the morning carbs and most importantly (like I suspected) the post workout.
also, with all the supplements I listed, can you tell me the best time to take each. Thanks for all your help

Congrats on your diet success so far ! I've been there (actually still on my own journey!)...

Has your diet been the same the whole time? If so, you may want to carb up and at maintenance level for a few weeks to get your thyroid online and working well.. this will ensure continues success

Think of eating carbs at the time when your muscles need them the most (in the morning when you wake up and haven't eaten for 8+ hours) and are naturally in a catabolic state. Post workout too abviously since your muscles are primed to absorb the carbs quickly. Lastly, just before or after a highly intense cardio session to avoid muscle loss. This depends on you Heart Rate. If your cardio is at or above you anerobic thershold (~85%+) you will burn muscle.

As far as supplements -
ALA - just before carb intake is best to ensure maximum absorbtion
Creatine - Post workout is best to increase absorbtion
The rest of them can be taken when you can fit them into the diet the easist IMHO....

Good Luck Bro.
