Critique lean bulk diet

Looking to put on lean mass while keeping bf% low. Stats are 164lbs, 5'9 bf% around 9-11.
5:30 - 1/3 cup oats, two scoops of whey
8:15 - 1 cup egg whites, 1/3 cup of oats
11:00 - 1 can(120 grams) of tuna
2:00 - Chicken Breast or Lean Beef, 1/4 of rice, broccoli
Workout/cardio
PWO - 2 scoops of whey in water
4:30 - 1 cup of cottage cheese, 2 tbls ANPB
7:00 - 2 Chicken Breast, Broccoli, another veg, usually red peppers.
9:00 Depending on what time im sleeping if im up for a while ill have another cup of cottage cheese.
Cals-1500
Macros - P54/C26/F20
About 186 grams protein, 111 grams carbs, 31 grams fat
Supps- Glucorell R, Sesapure, PureCee
Lifting 6 days a week one muscle group a week. Cardio 5 days a week changes between running for 30 mins or biking.
Any insite would be apprieciated thanks
 
Try to keep your macros around 40/40/20, or even 50/35/15 if that works for you. You really need to increase your cals. I weigh 175 and am bulking at 4200 cals daily and still not gaining much.
 
Yeah i thinking of bulking up most big meals as well as adding another chicken/broc meal at 11:00. I think i get overly worried about loosing abs is the main prob

you're never going to put on much muscle this way.
 
Don't be afraid to lose your abs, that's only temporary...and by the time you put on a good amount of muscle, and cut back down your abs will be complimented by your new muscle.
 
more meats...two days a week cardio max...losing abs is what bulking is about...you are eating a perfect diet to cut weight however...most smaller guys tend to eat too lil to gain...
