what's up guys, it's time to plan my next one, so here it is. I know someone just posted a deca/eq stack earlier today, and I'm thinking the same with just enough test to get by.

weeks 1-14 300mg test prop
weeks 1-12 300mg deca
weeks 1-14 400mg EQ

how do the dosages look for lean gains in mass?

HCG, nolva, clomid pct

HCG during cycle weeks 4,5,6 and weeks 12, 13, 14
-or-
HCG 500 every 5 days throughout cycle to keep the boys plump

I'm 5'9", 180lbs, 11%bf, this would be 4th cycle.

weeks 1-14 low dose test prop just for sex drive 200/week
weeks 1-10 400mg deca
weeks 1-14 400mg EQ


does anyone have any advice this one?
 
Yes, end the deca and eq at the same time, 2 wks prior to the prop, due to their longer half-lifes. Then you can start your post. I actually like the 1st one better but with the deca/eq 1-12.
 
So did you change your mind about running tren this time? You could throw it in for the first 8 weeks :garza: But then again i'm a Tren junkie, either way it sounds great. Good luck

You may want to keep some extra test on hand in case you need it for the sex drive.
 
Outlaw is right, prop isn't really that comfortable of an injection anyway. I'd go with test enth at 500 mg per wk instead of the prop.
 
I think the Test is low myself. I'd run Test E @ 500mg as previously stated. I'd also run both the EQ & Deca for 12 weeks.

Test E @ 500mg 1 - 12
EQ @ 400mg 1 - 12
Deca @ 400mg 1 - 12
 
I'd run cyp. or E instead of the prop BUT i'd run the prop with the the other test for the first 4 weeks 100mg eod.
 
To answer the questions....i want to decrease the test this time to try to avoid the acne side effects. I want to try prop because I bloat pretty good with test e, although I use liquidex to counteract it. And, I've found a test prop that (supposedly) is low to no pain. I'm looking for lean mass gains, so I was told prop was the way to go.

I like deca cause I love what is does for my joints and how quickly it repairs muscle.

I want to try EQ because everyone raves about it, so, I want to try it out.

This last time on tren, my bp was through the roof, but I might try acetate this time to get more even blood levels, which I'm sure would decrease the side effects.

None of this is set in stone, and I'm posting to get feedback, as most of you know more than I do, so keep the suggestions coming, I really do appreciate it!

I know you're anxious, but you dont have to try everything at once. Just because you've never tried something, doesnt make it optimal to stack with your cycle. Set up your cycle based upon your goals and how you respond to gear. Dont just throw in a potpourri of compounds to see how they work because you've never tried them before.
 
ok, what do you suggest? I'm not being cocky, I'm being serious. Based on the fact that I want muscle mass with the least possible water retention and least acne, what do you think would be best? thanks,

That's hard to say since I dont know how you react to different gear. You say you want to try eq, so that's a good choice to start with. I dont see the point of running a normal dose of both deca and eq. So if you're gonna run the eq, then run it right. That means at least 600mg/wk. And if you absolutely have to use deca then do like 200mg just for joint purposes. let that be your base and then figure out what works best for you to stack on to that.
