critique first cycle

My deca 300mg just arrived and im anxious to start my first cycle ever. Ive done tons of research but would still like my cycle checked over. Im doing a deca only cycle and im not worried about getting deca dick so im wondering on how much deca to use on my first injection to kick in the deca a bit earlier. remember that this will be my first cycle ever,

Week1 - deca 600mg
week 2 - 8 deca 400mg

then clomid 3 weeks after my last shot.
iam 22 years old, 5"8' and 190 pounds. Also at these dosages should i include some ru-486 to combat prog gyno?
Is this a good cycle or should i make any changes. any info would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

you need to do 10 weeks 600 mg is good. I would add some test to that. You will get some good size if you did if its your 1st

I would stack it with something if you can. Deca is great for connective tissue and size. You might want to think about using some winny in that cycle.

You want to frontload the deca so..

wk 1 deca 600mg
wk 2-8 deca 400mg
wk 1-8 winny @ 100mg per week
wk 11 start clomid

I think you're going to have a hard time measuring out 400mgs with a 300mg product. 375 or 450 would be more realistic.

You will put on good size if you eat right no matter what you do. Stuff you face with all the right foods
