If you have never taken t3 I would not go to 100mcg a day. take it to 50mcg tops your first time and see how you do. If you are losing fat why add more...right.
clen I never go higher than 100mcg a day an din fact i usually never go higher than 80 in some instances.
I seems to me by your weight and height that you are pretty lean already and would most likely benefit from just the winny...
read up on the sides and research clen and t3 before doing it. more is not better with throid and b2's.
