Prom is coming up, and after killing myself countless numbers of times in the weight room, i still lack muscle tone is some critical areas. I wondered if anyone had any good workouts for Lower Abs, Lower Pecs, and Butt that could help make everything more solid. Those are the places where all my food goes. I've been doing 4 sets of 25 reps in roman chairs, and i feel that it's not enough for my abs. I've been eating very healthy aside from 2 or 3 energy drinks a day. My bench is around 250 now, power clean is 225, and squat is at 355. Please, any workouts would be much appreciated! Thanks!
And fyi, my high pec area is solid as a rock, and higher ab area is solid. it's just the middle and lower part of the areas that need work. I'm desperate right now. So any suggestions won't be taken lightly.
