Critical! Need Your Help!

Prom is coming up, and after killing myself countless numbers of times in the weight room, i still lack muscle tone is some critical areas. I wondered if anyone had any good workouts for Lower Abs, Lower Pecs, and Butt that could help make everything more solid. Those are the places where all my food goes. I've been doing 4 sets of 25 reps in roman chairs, and i feel that it's not enough for my abs. I've been eating very healthy aside from 2 or 3 energy drinks a day. My bench is around 250 now, power clean is 225, and squat is at 355. Please, any workouts would be much appreciated! Thanks!

And fyi, my high pec area is solid as a rock, and higher ab area is solid. it's just the middle and lower part of the areas that need work. I'm desperate right now. So any suggestions won't be taken lightly.

Iggy, I'll see what I can do....but FIRST, I need to tell you how gay you sound being concerned with lower pec and ass fat before the prom....seriously man, think about what you just posted.

Alright, that said, you can't 'target burn' bodyfat. You can do Roman Chair situps until you shit yourself, and if your diet isn't where it needs to be to reveal your lower abs, you'll never see them. Same deal for anyplace on the body that you have unwanted fat deposits, it comes down to dropping total bodyfat, you cannot spot reduce.

Are you happy with your lifting routine?? Your numbers are respectable, so you've obviously made some progress. You also sound pretty happy overall with your physique. So, my guess is you probably look perfectly fine and you're spending way too much time in front of the mirror picking yourself apart. My advice is to stop acting like a fruit and leave these ridiculous worries for the girls, just throw on your tux and enjoy the prom, who the hell is gonna see your lower pecs anyway?? If you somehow manage to get laid, it'll either be your girlfriend, who doesn't care anyway, or a girl who will be too drunk to notice.....so just relax.

Anyway, there is no answer to your question. It is just a question of calories in vs calories out, lose enough total bodyfat and everything will eventually lean out, there is no magic formula, diet, or exercise to traget burn bodyfat. My hunch is you probably look lean....just go to the damn prom and check out the girls instead of yourself.
 
Listen to BigT. As you get older you'll realize there's a time and a place for stressing over this stuff, and that is Spring Break in Cancun. And yes, in advance, you can drink winny.
 
yeah, that was a stupid post. i should of worded it something like, "what's the quickest way to lower body fat %." Guess i just was too nervous that i won't have the monster abs i wish i did. bah, but you remember your high school days, don't you? them girls drive you crazy...

Just enjoy the prom, man. I'm sure you look fine. I'll give you a little advice, we've ALL got flaws and plenty of them, girls like confidence, it will put a girl off if you act self-conscious and unsure of yourself. So, just relax, all those girls are going to be so worried about how they look and their flaws and their dresses and cat fighting with each other over their dresses and their hair and who knows what other stupid shit, that they won't even notice any of your flaws.....get a lot of confidence and a little bit of swagger and you'll be set.
 
More seriously, just listen to BiggT and enjoy yourself. Your date is a lot more likely to be bothered by constant "does this tux make my butt look big"s than by less than perfectly defined lower abs.

Depending on how much time you have, you could try cutting for a few weeks. Also, not eating high amounts of sodium and carbs in the few days beforehand would reduce water retention and prevent a "bloated" look.
