Just wanted to comment and say that although having a nasty mouthful of peroxide semen for an hour every day is somewhat gross, my teeth are now white enough to blind small children.

Amazing.

I thought these things were utter bullshit(Note: This did not stop me from buying them), but they WORK.

Just a handy little tip from your friend, the crazed consumer.

I bought some gel crap you put in a mouth tray for 5-10 minutes a day. It didnt work wonders but noticable to me.

Was there a BIG difference? and how many days do you wear them?

that's the only problem
30 days in the morning and 30 days at night ... which means I have to make sure that I find 30 minutes of time where I'm not talking .... do you have any idea how hard that is with 2 kids.

Did it eat up your gums at all?? I ordered a product off the internet last year before there were these Crest strips...anyway they did whiten the teeth, but my gums couldnt handle all that bleach,,,,,so I couldnt use it like I wanted to

the active ingredient in Crest white strips is Hydrogen Peroxide. Not as powerful as bleach - so your gums should be ok to handle them.

I asked my dentist about them the other day. Said they were ok to try - but after the first set, don't bother to get a second (for 6 months at least). You probabley won't whiten your teeth with consecutive applications.

And if you did spend $40 + $40 +.... you could have probabley just saved up and gotten them done by the dentist (professionally and prescription strength).

Anyways, no, they haven't bothered my gums at all. I'm finished with the box now and am pretty pleased with the results!

You might want to see if they sell them on the Net for less - I bought them at a drug store and probably paid too much.
