Creating my own MRP from Oligodextrin and optimum whey. Help me build it!

Im starting a new job soon so I plan to suppliment some MRP inbetween meals at work. Gota keep high cals, prot buring my cycle :devil: I got some Rice Oligodextrin from protein factory. I also ordered 10lbs of Optimum 100% Whey Protein chocolate. Im also gona add in some flax oil. My diet is about 50% protein,40% carbs,10% fat. I wna set up my meal replacements in a similar form. Below are the nutrition info for both products...

Help me build this one perfect. What would you guys do. Note: when I run out of Rice oligodextrin ill probobly just use rolled oats.
 
well that will work as a supplement, however meal replacements should only be a substitue for 1 solid food meal a day. I have noticed when I try to pack in the calories with meal replacements I don't grow the same. Granted gaining is just calories in vs. calories out so it shouldn't matter but maybe it has to do with the fact whey absorbs much faster then sold protein sources.
 
dont get me wrong...I eat a fuckload...its just I walk alot when I work so I need the extra calories. Help me build it.
 
Ripe banana
Wheat germ
BCAA's
colostrum
cinnamon
creatine
fenugreek
Glutamine / Glutamine Peptides

I think Next Nutrition is better than ON.

The banana and wheat germ may not be an option in some cases (like at work). In that case, you can just eat the banana or some other fruit.
