Creating a Solution of Exemestane

I have 25mg exemestane tablets and I'm trying to get small, specific doses like, for example, 2 or 3 mg. To anyone who is knowledgeable in chemistry: will dissolving in 25mL of water and dosing by volume work in terms of solubility? If not, what will?

And no, I won't use research chems.

I would suggest getting liquid stane with an oral dropper. Dissolving the tab? I'm not sure to be honest. But breaking the tab any further than in half is not the way to go either as a lot of the tab is a bulking agent, the examestane might all be on one side of the tab etc....

You would have to weigh the whole tablet because it weighs more than 25 mg.
Then you have to do the math - mg of tablet in your solution vs mg of stane per mg of tablet etc.

Your problem will probably be that some or all of the tablet will be insoluble in water.
You might need something like PEG or alcohol, who knows.
A suspension is an option, but hard to get consistent dosing.

I've been doing a little more research. Here's what I found on the chemical: "Insoluble in water, soluble in tetrahydrofuran; N, N-dimethylformamide; acetone; acetonitrile; and methanol; sparingly soluble in ethanol; and slightly soluble in n-hexane."

Can you make anything of this? Is the solubility better the higher the number?
