Creatine?

I realize how elementary this question is;however,
What is the most effective way to use creatine(for an adult male-200lbs-8% bodyfat)

I am unsure of the dosages and maximum time to be on it.

Also, what might I expect in the area of results and side effects?
 
for most people, almost all weight gains and size gains go away after you stop, but with the strength you have from it, you can build quality muscle.
 
You must take it at least 2 hours before a work out. 10-20 grams 1st week the 5-10 for the rest. It will give your muscles more energy.
