Creatine?

Hello all, noobie here.

I recently purchased some Creatine Ethyl Ester which
directs to take 3 capsules 30 minutes before workout and 3 capsules
immediately after workout. I am by no means a hardcore weight lifter, I
workout 4 times a week and my routine is very simple and short( workout
sessions last no longer than 30 - 40 minutes). My question is should I
take the recommended dosage or modify my intake based on my routine? I'm
not sure if their directions are based on longer workout sessions? Any
help, pointers or advice would greatly be appreciated?
 
what are the grams of creatine per serving? that will help tell you what to take and when.

Ok so its 2.5g per servings. Personally i would take 5g in the morning and 5 grams post workout.
 
Ok thank you, but what I was also asking was if I take the dose 30 minutes before I workout then another dose after I workout( 30- 40 minutes ) is that safe?

Yes its 100% safe but for effectiveness i would dose in the AM and then post workout. If you take to much at once you will just piss it out.
 
Ok, I think I understand what you are saying. Take 2 pills in the morning regardless if I am going to workout 30 minutes later and then 2 pills after I workout regardless of when that is? Sorry, I'm new to all this.
 
So take your first serving of creating in the morning. Then take you second dose of creatine after your workout. That will allow for the first dose to absorb and be able to utilize the second dose better.
