Creatine?

Food is all you need right now, maybe a multi-vit/mineral.

Creatine/whey protein at about 16.

In all honesty, I don't do much more than that now.
 
im gonna give you a secret that i used in my teens= dutch chocolate milk pwo.

high in cals, good carb/protein ratio, and it tastes awesome. good for recovery, i used to have a study on dutch chocolate milk and a name brand "recovery carb/protien" drink. summary= dcm won.

its very easy to slam 800 cals. that will get you goin in the right direction
 
I mean, it wont hurt. Its an amino acid, so its found in red meat. Although, i would experiment when you have built up a solid base in squats and deadlifts. Creatine is pointless if youre going to be working just chest and arms, haha.

Good, just make sure you do the basic moves, bench, squat, deads, and presses.
Just add more real food. Creatine doesn't make huge results, a great diet with hard work does.

Go for 1.5 grams of protein for every pound of body weight. Keep your carbs down, and when you do eat them make sure they are complex carbs, and try and reduce simple carbs as much as possible. Eat 5-6 times a day. Your goal here is to keep your sugar an insulin levels as even as possible while taking in lots of good proteins.

no supplements for now, increase your protein A LOT because at your age; metabolism and growth rate are going to be very rapid. I suggest getting your protein through a good diet. Try something with High Protein/ModFat, If you are looking to bulk
 
Try eating 6 small meals of around 400 anywhere up to 600 calories at your weight and age, but make sure they are healthy and protein rich foods.

With this you should only need 2 protein shakes at most.
One in the morning and One PWO I might suggest, But that's your preference.
