Creatine

Have tried creatine a couple of times

bsn and asn...never really worked for me

i will give it one last go...and have heard of pro lab being good and being german grade......i rate german products

i have heard of people loading up for first 4 days as per normal, but then taking in pre and post work out? how do you guys normally take it?

do u put it in your post workout shake? and pre workout how long before?
 
hey im vince and im 16
i've been to VFMA and started to weight lift. i purchased muscletech creatine
and would like to lose weight and gain muscle
if anyone could help give me a good workout list when to use creatine

Creatine is one of the most studied supplements, and so far, it has been found that it works, that is it increases muscle size, strength and endurance, and unless you have a pre-existing medical condition, like problems with your kidneys, it is safe.

ok since i cant get the creatine mentioned , and as i have said i have tried asn nano to no avail, what do you guys reccomend? i hear the german creatine is good..so which brands and how do i take it? eg pre and post workout?
 
i found nxlab/nxcare's hypergrowth worked pretty well when i took it a few years ago. not sure ifyou can get it when you are

Is that even possible?

Anyway, just take creatine ethyl ester, also known as CEE. There is no loading phase. Some people take before a workout, some after. I split mine half before and half after. Taking it after is a safe bet, although I like taking it in 2 doses.
