I was just wondering, can taking creatine cause you to lose more hair? I just started taking Creatine Cocktail by Twinlab. The ingredients include Maltodextrin, Creatine Monohydrate, L-Glutamine, Flavors, Potassium Phosphate, Ascorbic Acid, Citric Acid, Magnesium Phosphate, d-alpha Tocopheryl Acid Succinate, Potassium Citrate, Silica, Beta Carotene, Disodium Phosphate, Asparteme**, Malic Acid, and Chromium Picolinate*** Any idea?

I dont believe any of the ingredients in that coctail mess with hormonal balances. Even if they did, you would either have to be super-sensitive or taking an extraordinary amount to see such negative side-effects. Bottom line, I wouldnt be worried in the least bit about about balding with that Twinlab formula.
