The reason creatine makes you shit is the fact that the molecule itself will not break completely down in COLD water, creatine is best taken, broken down, and absorbed in WARM to HOT water... I know this is not the most delightfull sounding thing, but you will see a HUGE improvement in the amount of sand at the bottom of your shaker and or glass, and a HUGE improvement in the frequency of your uncontrolable ass droppings as well.....
