Creatine what type and when

Hi guys

Creatine
Ok i wanna supplement with creatine as part of my thai and kickboxing regimen

I can afford to put on a few lbs at this stage as i want to move up a weight class anyway so im thinking of creatine as it will also hopefully enhance endurance and explosiveness

so what type would be best?
Monodyrate, citrate, phosphate etc?
Powder, cocktails, serums?
And when's the best time to take pre workout or post workout?

also what product/brand would u guys reccomend?

i first used eas phosphagen hp with really good results but wasn't very easy on the stomache and bloating. im on swole v2 now and its alot easier on the body.
 
I used v12 and it was aight, than I bought the virtigo type and I started getting cramps during my bball practice, and it also tasted like shit... and was hard to mix, basically I still have half of it left and ready to throw it out

I've always used powders... mostly Prolab and Met-rx Creatine Monohydrate. I would do 10 day load @ 25g a day and then maintain by taking 5g 30-45 minutes prior to training and another 5g @ some point during the day. On for 12 weeks off for 12 weeks. There is a newer one out that people are asaying some good things about. It's called Russian Red - they use a new technology called Acujube... it's basically a gummi bear w/creatine in it. Apparently they have figured a way to keep it stable in the gel form.

if you don't want a lot of waterweight and lose it all when your done taking it. Take CREATINE TITRATE. In the morning or before your workout. when your done taking it you'll lose 1 pound or 2 compared to phospagen and monohydrate you'll lose like 10. also its great for energey. And it tastes like lemonade !!! GOOD STUFF
 
I cycle monohydrate, 1 month on, 1 month off. 10 g a day, 5 g in the morning and 5g in ther afternoon, non WO days. 5g pre and 5 g post WO.
