I agree with satch, but anavar has an amazing creatine-uptake properties thus giving you the extra stregth and other metabolic properties (fat burning). But you may be slightly bloated the carb intake must be taken in consideration since creatine is stored in your glyogen stores-- when depleted of glyogen- or on a low carb diet--- no need for creatine IMO. I may be mistaken on this one. But I find that having high carb intake w/ creatine gives maximum benefits.
