SoreArms New member Apr 28, 2004 #1 I don't cycle creatine (anymore), just take it pre-workout for a boost. I was reading that taking it post workout enhances anabolic properties, does anyone know if this is correct? Wondering if I should start taking it pre and post

sawastea Well-known member Apr 30, 2004 #7 Personally, I have not seen a greater difference taking it pre-workout. I will try to dig up some studies. In the meantime, take a gander at this
